This was one of my favorite spots to get Menudo on the weekends but i will no longer be coming to this location. I ordered food thru the phone and i was told that i needed to pay thru the phone which was not a problem but when the lady tried processing my card she said the ATM froze so i had to pay when i came and pick up my food. She assured me that the debit card was not charged. Keep in mind the debit card i was using was not mines. It was my managers. My manager checked her mobile bank and it did charge her Debit so when i went to pick up my food i told the lady at the register that the Debit was charged and i showed proof of it to her. She said that its going to take up to 2 to 3 days for it to clear up with the bank and if for some reason it does not clear up, that i can come back and they will refund the money. I said okay so i ended up paying AGAIN with my apple pay. I waited 4 days and the charge was still there. I went back to speak with the manager who's name is Alondra and i explained to her what happened and that i was charged twice for a menudo. She was not able to find a receipt for neither transaction and since i didn't keep the receipt that she couldn't refund me anything. Am showing her proof from my apple pay statements and my managers statements that i got charged twice and she still wouldn't give me a refund. I asked to speak with upper management and she would not allow me to speak with anybody other then her since she was the only manager there. She asked for my number and said she will further investigate this. I got a text message from her later on in the day and she said she found a receipt for the 1st transaction over the phone but not the receipt for the 2nd transaction when i paid inside the store. So now am being told that the lady who processed my card thru the phone DID IN FACT CHARGE MY MANAGERS CARD. Super taco has cameras inside the restaurant and they could have easily asked the lady who helped me thru the phone if what i was saying is right and they haven't reached out to me to settle anything. All because i didn't have a receipt which the lady never gave me when i picked up my food for the 2nd transaction. I had all the proof on my phone and i still to this day have not gotten my money back. I am very disappointed with them and with their customer service.

When I want Mexican food I head over to Super Taco on Franklin and Florin. The service and food is always great. Everyone there are so friendly. I never have to complain about my food. Their super burrito is enough for two people. This morning I am having the breakfast burrito. Bon appetit

Prices are way too high and the foods not that good.. didn't give me one of my items and plus gave me wrong meat in my order. Had to come back wasted time. But the manager was nice tho.

No. You must be 18 or up. They might let a 15 or 16 year old work there during the day or weekends, but you have to ask the owner. 14 is too young for any job that isn’t freelance work (babysitting, dog walking, tutoring, landscaping, etc.)
Every time the food has gone to a very rich state. I'm surprised, what did you order?
Tostada- think of crunchy taco shell, flat. Then usually taco type ingredients atop.
