Does it bother anyone else that Google won't fix this locations phone number? I know I've contacted them several times (and others) as this number belongs to the Garfield Starbucks but they just won't correct it...weird!

There is a Starbucks inside of the Safeway, AND a Starbucks in the parking lot. You may have the wrong Starbucks' number
