FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!! Parking has always been a nightmare here. A couple of weeks ago we were given assigned parking spaces for a monthly fee to “alleviate” parking issues. However, there has been absolutely NO enforcement to remove cars parked in other peoples spaces. Finally, yesterday when we reported a car parked in our spot, we were told it had been towed. So we parked in our spot and an hour later….OUR CAR WAS TOWED FROM OUR ASSIGNED SPACE, WHICH WE ARE PAYING FOR!! The office manager, Teresa apparently told the tow company to tow our car. She is not only a terrible manager, but she shows absolutely no empathy for making such a huge mistake. Now, she claims there is nothing she can do for accidentally having the wrong car towed. She says she has to talk to a manager, but she can’t seem to get ahold of one........I THOUGHT YOU WERE THE MANAGER???? Now, we have to pay $300 to get our car out of impound so we can go to work. Definitely find a more affordable apartment with parking and competent staff.

Charges $1,500 for older carpet shelf-life that was used by several prior Tenants; when compared to others, Cooling and Heating partially works, noisy, and with higher electricity bills; Built in garage shown in Yelp as big but with narrower entry point that resulted in several scratches and damages to her car; Parking situation as a whole sucks; Says its luxurious with pretentious outward look that does not matches or meets luxurious category internally; Co-signed for a friend who kept complaining about blatant unprofessional front desk and overall Customer service and management approach/support towards needed requests.
