Friendly service and decent happy hour, but this is not a great dinner joint in my experience. Worst jambalaya I’ve ever had. So greasy I could barely eat it. Probably will not be back.

Location is walking distance to sutter downtown hospital. One of the few restaurants that actually stays open late and keeps kitchen open till listed business hours! That’s very rare these days where other restaurants refuse seating/orders 30-45 mins before listed closing time. I came to Ink 3 times over 2 days since I was staying in the area & wanted to try few different things on the menu. Each time I went, the staff was different people but yet everyone was super nice and friendly. Very welcoming and helpful staff! Great job! Food is amazing. I wasn’t disappointed by a single item I ordered. I also ordered few things to-go for family and they were impressed. Although I saw this place on google and driving by so many times over the years, I never stopped by assuming it’s probably “bar food” but that is not the case. Highly recommend to give it a shot.

Nice little corner restaurant and bar. The menu has something for everyone and it all looks delicious. I had the Ink Chicken Salad and I cleaned my plate! The corn bread croutons are so good I almost ordered some to go. My husband had the 1/2 lb. Cheeseburger and he said it was very good and he would order it again. Next time we'll try their brunch.
