My membership ends on August 31, they automatically renewed my membership without my request, so I asked them to cancel it and refund my money taken from my card for the new year, since I am no longer a driver. They told me to deliver the card in my hand, so I delivered the card for 2022. They said they sent the card for 2023 and they can't cancel it without returning it. But unfortunately I don't have the card for 2023. After the membership cancellation appeared in the system, I couldn't understand why this card is so important.
