I honestly don’t know how to put into words what Mana has given back to us by helping our dad keep his residency. She is the best of the best. She will help you get the best outcome possible. If you want a fighting chance then go with the best.

Even it was difficult case for many other attorneys, she did it. Really thankful to her.

Highly recommend this law office, Mana and her associates are very nice, great communication and did all they could to make my case successful given all the uncertainties during Covid time and many government offices closing.

We are so grateful that a dear friend of my wife recommended Attorney Yegani who gladly took my spouse immigration case. She is so diligent and professional along with her dedicated staff who works under her wise guidance.

It is better to call and make an appointment. She's one of the best.
At the moment we don't. If you come for consultation please bring a friend or family member that you trust who can translate for you.
It depends what is the basis of your asylum claim. Some of the laws have changed.

They worked with us on a payment sched so we could gather all the docs & data that would be needed & they got the files going. However in order to submit the cases to INS, final payment to the firm was required. But it did help us greatly.
You will have to contact a Canadian Immigration Lawyer. This office only handles US Immigration matters. Best of luck.
Yes you may get married to him while he is in detention but there are a lot of rules and issues surrounding that. It also depends which detention center or jail he is in. Some of them don't allow for getting married and some do. Probably it's not good to discuss all the details of your case on the internet. Would be good to set up a consultation to get more answers.
