A longer wait than usual but I found the service to be good. I was grateful the lobby was open. When it comes to money, sometimes I need to speak with a person not deal with a machine. Thank you, Daytona Beach Bank of America for providing this service to the community.

This is BY FAR the most superb BOA I have ever been to. Not only do I have a business account with them, but also my personal. I'm new to the area, but upon arriving at this bank I have been treated like a long time family friend by each and every individual. Jeannette, Maritza and Brian are the most amazing individuals you could possibly ask for. I'll never even think of dealing with a different financial institution.

Only had one teller working with over 10 customers in line on the inside. One teller in drive-thru with 5 cars. Horrible customer service. Had 6 people sitting and waiting to be seen privately. There was one teller chatting it up outside with the security officer. A man in line asked if he could get another teller to help and he just said "well there's one in drive thru" and walked away and practically ignored us. Never going back to this location. A waste of time. I waited for 20 minutes and left. I'll take my money elsewhere.
