Hold on to ya butts this one is long. The short verison: This is a really good place to live. Period. Ok now the long version. I have been here for 3 years now and i will be staying again. I recently was having to consider a bigger place, so this meant I needed to be on the hunt JUST in case the 3 bedroom townhomes(here) was not available around the time i needed it. I searched in the Duncanville, Desoto, a little bit of Lancaster, and finally cedar hill, with places that had a least a 3.5 rating or higher. What i noticed, no matter where i looked, I would be giving up somthing that i already have here. If the price was good, the safety/quietness will be lost. If the safety was good, the price would be super high. If the price or safety was good the building/units would be run down. If the building/units were up to date, then the price would be astronomical. Are you digging what im trying to bury? Redbird Villiage Apartments is The Best Place To Live In The Southern Area Of Dallas For Dollar Vaule Period. Because this place is family own and operated, they have passion and commitment in making this place THE best. Because the family name must be protected, they go out of their way to make sure your experience is amazing. Because its family owned, they 1000% want to make sure your home/unit looks like a home and not something thats patched togther. Because its family owned, they vaule the current residents and make for sure that the people who move in WILL NOT bring chaos with them. From owner, to leasing managment, to maintainence and any other party I might be missing, Its been a wonderful living experience. Side note: a good friend of mine is police a officer in Duncanville, and when i asked him the SAFEST place to live. This place was/is his number 1 choice. This matters because i dont want to raise my son in an unsafe environment. Thank you for reading this. I know it was long. If you're still hunting for a place to live, look no further.
