I have more than 10 years in these apt.and Martha and Monica are some nice people try to help you in everything. But ay things that do not depend on them as the maintenance is terrible cosinas super old old refrigerators. They have a pool does not open during all the year and the visitor's parking are removed if someone does not visit the car they lift the crane and they charge $ 300 where they take it.
