Staff is decent but I've been waiting over 30 days for assistance an easy told my case hadn't been processed...wait...what??? Now after being told my funds would be on card tonite (Friday) there's still nothing there...so I have to wait again till Monday...I don't get it...I stressed the importance of getting sum help an it's as if these ppl just don't care...I've provided ALL of my paperwork an I'm still being placed on hold.... absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!!!
