This place is a joke! Food is terrible, service is terrible. ALWAYS out of menu items way before they close. Too lazy to make more. "Cleaning" over an hour before closing like we are getting in the way of their Saturday night plans. Will not be back...

Terrible food and service. Its been 2 yrs since I've eaten here because their beef and broccoli had 1 tiny piece of beef and a cup of broccoli. When i mentioned it to the cashier she told me thats how it is. When i requested more than 1 piece of beef, she rolled her eyes at me and grabbed another cashier who rudely agreed with her. Fast forward 2 years later, I ordered again, and there wasn't even 1 decent piece of beef to the cup of broccoli, only little droppings of beef pieces! I emailed corporate, with photos and requested an email response and have had no response. It's sad they don't seem to care, nor has anything changed in 2 years. I will update my review if I hear back.

Food was awful, no taste and the chicken was teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki taste and was super mushy. My 5 year old wouldn't even eat it because she said it was nasty. Won't be coming back and by looking at everyone else's reviews it's obvious that this panda location has gone down hill, they need a new cook and new management, I called to talk to the manager and was speaking to the " team leader" and she proceeded to tell me that I didn't have to eat there, when i was just going to let the manager know the food was not edible. Never had an issue with the quality of food till this Panda. The food tastes like its on its 3rd day old and like they use a quarter of the seasoning in everything super bland. On top of that did not give us 2 of our side items and the portions were about half what we get at other pandas.
