Our visit this late morning was very pleasant. The food was great, and reasonably priced. The service was beyond exceptional. Krista made us feel welcomed and was on top of it. Thank you! There were two situations that occurred during our visit. One was the fire marshal conducted a routine inspection causing our and others orders to be delayed unexpectedly. However, the staff explained, apologized and with their own initiatives made amends to patrons for the delays. These situations with government regulations are understandable. Yet, there was one patron who became very disrespectful with the staff. This is unfortunate but I think the staff dealt with the upset customer with respect even if the person was hateful! Kudos to the staff!!

Ordered gluten free pancakes with 3 of our 5 meals. Two came out correct and the other came out with regular pancakes. I had already taken 3 bites and realized it probably wasn't gluten free. They finally remade the whole meal, at my request. I had to beg for my meal to be comped due to it being an allergy issue and me not being happy since I'll probably be sick for days after eating them.
