Amy is the real deal. She accelerates your needed paradigm shifts in a way that you cannot allow yourself to, even for the most critical thinkers. She makes you look at situations for what they are and doesn't just agree with you every step of the way. She pushes you, in the right direction and she's continuously effective and efficient.

Amy is one of the best and I refer people to her all the time. Highly recommend. But don’t go see her unless you’re ready to make some changes in your life.

Amy is such a special soul and I'm ao thankful to have found her. I have been seeing her for about 6 weeks so far, and in this short time I feel less stressed, and have a way more positive mindset. I feel extremely comfortable with Amy, as if she is a close friend. I look forward to seeing how much more she brings to my life and mental well being. Amy, thank you for changing my life for the better, so incredibly thankful for YOU!

Ongoing sessions $175for 50 min, $225 for couples . Initial consultation 75 min $225 for individual, $300 for couples. All credit cards, checks, Venmo, cash accepted. No “in network” insurance however provide a “superbill” receipt with diagnosis codes etc for “out of network” benefits. Like “emotional college “ not cheap but value lasts a lifetime.

Are you an independent “fee for service” therapist, or do you bill insurance and rely on Ins. Co. for clients?

In 25 years I have never billed insurance or relied on Ins. Co. for clients. I am an independent “fee for service” therapist. Sadly, it is extremely labor intensive, and requires many hours to recoup half a session. Ins. controls if a clients issues are worthy of treatment. And requiring the sharing of your confidential information. I do supply a receipts with codes for the client to file for “out of network” benefits. I realize everyone has a budget. Counseling is like “emotional college”, it is costly upfront but pays off for a lifetime!”

Do you take any insurance or is this only private pay?

McKyna, I am not a network provider, Private pay. I do not rely on insurance for clients However if you have Out of Netiwork benefits (PPO) not HMO I can give a receipt with codes so that if you have OON benefits you can file for reimbursement directly to you . Payment is due upfront at the time of service . I hope that helps. Please text or call if you would like more info or an appt at 214-641-4545 Warmly, Amy
