I Asked About It When I Got My New 1 & They Said That They Are Fixing It. She Said That There Were Tons Of Complaints About It. She Apologized 2👍🏻

Idk why you would be expecting a check. I go to the Spring Garden Logisticare location and pick up my passes. You can usually pick them up a week after the order has been put in.

You have to call three days in advance. Only way you will get a ride next day would be if it was a dire emergency and where you are going can verify so youd want to call early

It starts on November 24 but they are closed for Thanksgiving they will reopen Friday but close for the weekend with Monday being the last day for pick up

Yes if you haven't lost a monthly pass in the past year. They will make you sign a paper saying you got ur one free pass for losing it. If you had already lost the one this year then you will get a pass for January but then you'll lose it for February it's weird how they do it now. I hope this helps.

No.U can use ur day pass anyday.

In order to obtain a pass you have to have an appointment & call logisticare 1 or 2 week's before the appointment. Then once you've been in the program they'll put a standing order , a couple weeks then you'll get approved for a monthly pass.

If you call your insurance company. I don't know if you get welfare but I'm disabled and they told me I could get a van to take me to and from my Dr. But they gave me a monthly transpass. So your insurance co. Can tell you more or if you have a case worker, but the insurance pays for it so they'll know more. They called me asking if I need a new cane and stuff.

They only accept people with philadelphia addresses. There may be another program for New Jersey.

Well you have to have a stand in order from whatever clinic you were on, I don't quite get the question. If this is the 1st time you lost your transpass, you'll get a warning and a transpass. If it happens again 60 day wait (til you get your next transpass)

They break for lunch in shifts there's always two of the three windows open.

If it's your first time in 12mo period you'll get a new one for following month, if it's your 2nd time you need to wait a month 3rd time wait 2months and so on i believe.

If you dont pick up your pass on time it cancels tje order. You have to call in and schedule all your appointment but still have to give seven days notice so id call them soon they are already into Feb

Last day to get passes was Friday .. Usually u have to get your counselor or case manager at ur program to call and try to get you a rain date.. They may not give you a pass for this month just day passes but im really not sure
