Is anyone else having issues with monthly bus pass? Sometimes it works and other times it wont and then you have to pay.

Yes I Have Be4. But This Last Month (JUNE) Happened 2 A Whole Lot Of People!! They Act Like It Is There Money?! They Are Allowed 2 Give Is Courtesy Rides. I Asked About It When I Got My New 1 & They Said That They Are Fixing It. She Said That There Were Tons Of Complaints About It. She Apologized 2👍🏻

Since they switched from the "monthly" pass to the "30 day" pass, the swiping on ANY type of Septa transportation has become very inconsistent. You could tap it on 1 form (for instance your 1st bus of the day), and then get to a transferred form (subway, El, trolley, another bus) within a few minutes and the thing WONT Tap. It will say I sufficient funds, or display some other dumb error. How can it go thru for 1st form of Septa, and then be not ok for the transfer?? And also a pretty noticeable and really inconvenient issue is if the month has 31 days in it, it seems the 30 day passes they've been distributing for us leaves us with at least am entire day with a useless pass.......Many clients have had to get "creative " for the last 24 hours of a 31 day month. When we were given actual monthly passes, this wasn't ever an issue. It has become an annoying glitch which some drivers/operators are more understanding of than others. Either way, it shouldn't be their responsibility

Yes. It almost always worked on the train but now it's not even working on the train also. Some of the SEPTA workers don't even recognize the 30-day passes. And then they try to make you pay. It's always when I have an appointment too and I can't be late. I was told that I could get a note, but I saw another guy that had the note and they said they wouldn't accept that either because it didn't have the SEPTA letterhead at the top. I don't see why we should have to carry a note. Why can't they just send an email to all their workers so that way they know what our/their passes look like?

They all do that the bus drivers never make me pay I don't know why they make you pay the bus drivers should already know how the passes are
