In order to obtain a pass you have to have an appointment & call logisticare 1 or 2 week's before the appointment. Then once you've been in the program they'll put a standing order , a couple weeks then you'll get approved for a monthly pass.
Yeah, your benefits manager may (or should) have tokens or some other temporary/immediate means of transportation until your monthly transpass is approved and provided.
There should be a benefits manager or rep at your program who handles clients medical assistance, SNAP, etc. They would be the one who would put in a standing order for you to start getting monthly passes.
Call logisticare , they will get u a ride or send bus pass
