Great question! The 9 major conditions as outlined by the state of Florida are: Cancer, Crohn’s Disease, Glaucoma, Parkinson’s, ALS, HIV/AIDS, MS, Epilepsy, and PTSD. However, the state of Florida ALSO allows for many other conditions as well! This is outlined in the law under the clause- “any debilitating conditions of like, kind, or class”. Absolutely! Our physicians are board-certified M.D.’s and D.O.’s just like any other doctor you might go and see! However, our physicians went through additional training in order to be able to legally recommend marijuana to patients as mandated by the state!

After 210-days from your certification, the state of Florida requires that you go back to your doctor and renew your recommendation in order to keep your card active. Once you see our doctor and become qualified, we’ll enter you into the state registry so that you can apply for your card!
