This place is absolutely disgusting and misleading from the outside. There are stains on everything - from walls, to lobby furniture, to floors, to sheets. The front desk person explained how she is the only person there and the place is independently owned by her boss who “is chill and doesn’t care”. We asked to see a room before we booked, but she said she could not show us a room. We were tired from traveling home from vacation (this was the mid-way point), so we paid for one night, but as soon as we turned the corner for the elevator and then began to smell the odor throughout, we got nervous. It’s a stale, musty smell. Then on our hall there were box fans in the hallway - clearly there is a problem that the box fans are there for. The room was gross. The pillows are like the small ones they give you on an airplane. The furniture was damaged. The internet doesn’t work consistently. The stink and feeling of filth was consistent. This place is bottom of the barrel and run down. When we asked for a refund after only being there for all of 10 minutes, the front desk person said nothing could be done until the A.M. manager arrived the next day. It was so gross that refund or not, we left! AND, there were already two ladies at the front desk trying to get a refund as well for issues related to lack of cleanliness and poor quality overall. DON’T STAY HERE!

The pictures at nothing like the hotel. The hotel is gross and not clean. When we arrived it looked like they haven't vacuumed in a few weeks. Our room had this constant god awful noise that sounded like a generator running above us, and we had no water pressure in the shower or tub.

Been staying at this hotel for several years for race week in Daytona. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the showers sometimes gets low if they're exceptionally busy, but never had an issue with hot water. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Breakfast is mainly cereal and a few bagels, toaster waffles, and juice/coffee. A few more breakfast items would be nice but there are a few breakfast joints nearby. Plenty of parking available. Very close to I-95 and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to get whatever you need.

Room was spotless and smelled great. Entrance seemed a little confusing at first but turns out it is very secluded and private making it a great place to stay. Front desk crew in the morning, afternoon and the overnight were all fantastic. I will most likely stay here when I return to Florida, even if my travel plans require me to be an hour away from this hotel. Worth the drive. Everything is close by, shopping and food wise. Free continental breakfast. Quiet property.
