I was trying to get a new service with them. I have the price that our neighbors pay so I asked for that price and even okay to pay little bit more being a new customer but the response was really very unprofessional.female who talked to me and said this is not the flea market to bargain. Asking for a price match is flea market? Even if you feel that way, please don’t tell your potential customer that way. If there is no customer please know that you are out of business and any company whose business is based on customer usage. Sorry, very disappointed. David

If you actually read your bill you are supposed to have tags to place on the bag to confirm that it is you as the owner's trash. Otherwise, anyone can put trash next to a can.
