Everyone was very nice. I ended up arriving when most pharmacies were closing so the nurse and doctor made sure I got a dose of what I needed before I left so that I wouldn't have to wait until the nexr day to start treatment. I was in and out pretty quickly.

My family has been going to this urgent care for at least 6 years. We were recently made aware of a bill that they did not submit timely or properly to insurance in 2017 (5 years ago)… I have called their billing department four times and asked for an itemized copy of the bill so that I could submit it to my insurance company for payment. Each time they told me they would send the bill by a variety of methods (usps, email) and it never came. Today my daughter visited for what we think is strep and they refused to see her until this 5 year old bill is paid—that they billed wrong to begin with. To say that I am frustrated watching my daughter suffer because of their paperwork problems is an understatement. It is 6 o’clock Saturday evening. Mednow runs a much tighter ship. Go there instead!!!!!!!
