You will have to call the office Keep in mind they took away all the amenities. There are a few limited to the day only M_ F unless the iffice decides to close them no amenitites when closed. Cant enjoy watching TV in the media room on the weekends. Or reading a book by the fireplace in the evening or on the weekends either. You can't even use Fitness Center on the weekends. This is so wrong so many complexes offer amenities to the tenants all the time.

Pros: It is gated with high walls too high climb, automatic gates that leads out the main road and security is on patrol. Walmart, Sams Club, quick bite reataurants and variety reataurants, convenient store, and other businesses etc.. are within 1 to 2-mile range or walking distance. Cons: Exit from the community is a major Road and could be a bit dangerous but island barrier between traffif flow helps since opposite of the venue is a whole stretch of warehouses (FED-EX). Crime rate is unknown for me. But surrounded by major businesses and other gated and fenced business, I wouldnt be too concerned with robbers or autotheft. Even Amazon DSP like myself have a hard time getting a package delivered, what more for unmarked vehicles and non uniform dressed individual?

I visited an acquaintance in his 2 bedroom apartment several times last and earlier this year. I live at their sister property. I have a 1 bedroom. I am unsure if they have a one bedroom but why wouldn't they have a one bedroom. Just call the rental office and ask or go to their website. Good luck.
