If you're from New York, this is the classic neighborhood deli you're missing. Cindi's is not real. Sadelle's is comparable in taste but double the price with a 2 hour wait and 25 ft high ceilings. If you want a huge pastrami sandwich with thousand island dressing and real potato salad you should come here. The pierogis are legit, and the blintzes are too. Real bagels that are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Cindi's are fluffy like a pastry (not real). You'll get real bagels at Sadelle's but you'll pay for it. I've had almost everything on the Deli News' menu, and the only thing I wasn't into was the the black and white cookies. Also, the hot dogs are fricken awesome.
