I realize that my negative review will have no effect on business at this store due to prime clientele and location but if you’ve read this far please drive a little further to a Kay Jewelers outside Fayetteville. I had my ring serviced in December before leaving Texas. Apparently the inspection was never put into their system. Fast forward to May, I lost the stone out of my ring and needed to have it fixed right away. Customer service was very understanding over the phone. However, upon arriving at the store I was met with rude attitudes and condescending tones about how I missed my inspection and they weren’t going to honor fixing my ring. Even though my husband had spent an hour on the phone with the customer service line and this customer service rep the night before. She was very rude and condescending about the whole ordeal talking about how I needed to keep up with my inspections or this would not be replaced again. I again explained that it was inspected in December and was t due until June (just as we had explained on the phone) but she was hearing none of it. She was in charge at that point and felt the need to be belittling. Fast forward again to picking up the ring. This same rep was there and “helped” us. My husband asked for physical proof that we had come in and had the ring inspected that day. All we wanted was a print out of what was on her iPad. We were told she can’t do that because she doesn’t have access to that. Even though she was inputting the inspection right in front of us. Once again she was very rude and condescending again telling me to be more careful and keep up with inspections. We settled for taking a picture of her iPad for proof the inspection had been put in and left. I think the nicest interaction I had was with the lady who called me to tell me my ring was ready for pickup. Highly do not recommend.

My boyfriend and I went here to look at engagement rings. We had Sarah help us and she was absolutely amazing. She went through all the cabinets and always had a smile on her face. She helped me narrow down what I really liked and spent time putting together a gorgeous set. We ultimately ended up settling on a ring at a different place, but it had nothing to do with Kay Jewelers or Sarah. I would definitely recommend going there and would recommend Sarah so much!!
