They let me donate 2 times the last time my protein was 6.1 today I couldn't do the kiosk because the lady at the front desk said my protein wasn't consistent it was up and down why would they let me donate if my protein was not at levels and I was on my cycle and nobody's protein stays consistent it varies on a daily basis as long as it passes before I donate that's all that matters 👍 no wonder why it stays empty at this center
shaun lester
It was great

Original Review below this Update: So..... they just got new machines. The employees ALL seem to hate them. Lots of donors are having issues with them, especially those with "thinner veins." And apparently we are helping to pay for these new unwanted machines because the Punch Card program, and thus the BIG BONUSES, are GONE.... and the weekly payout is going down $25wk. So I'm losing $100mo plus more. I'm all down for saving lives, but being paid less for my time while seeing UNWANTED upgrades that apparently complicate things in exchange has me seriously wonder if I wanna keep doing this. Boooooooooooooooooo....... we shouldn't have to help pay for new machines we don't care about. Original Review: Been comin here for YEEEAAARRRSSS. Just returned after a long hiatus and glad to see they still have employees who are kind and fun to talk to. Beyond helping to save lives I enjoy the biweekly weigh in and blood check and all that... I dont have insurance so it feels like a routine wellness check. Keep up the awesome work Biomaters... you deal with some jerky donors from time to time who only care about the money, but overall, YOU ARE SAVING LIVES EVERYDAY. Thank you. See ya again on Friday 😎👍 P.S. I love that they actually respond to reviews too, not a lot of businesses in any industry do that.. but when they do... shows they actually C.A.R.E.

This place is ridiculous I’ve wasted several days here because the waits are ridiculously too long no matter what time you go. I was also told the wrong info saying I had 7 days as a new donor to donate and apparently they count that day as a extra day. So I have to go through the 3 hour physical again. Don’t go here unless you have all day to spend here.

Make sure you have visable veins. ID proof of address.
First time donors get paid in this order First-$75 2nd-$50 3rd-$50 4th-$50 5th-$75 and once you become a regular the pay that there offering now until Feb will be First-$25 2nd-$45 3rd-$35 4th-$45 5th-$55 6th-$60 7th-$70 8th-$75 9th-$75 And they also do refer a friend. Both Referrals get $50 after 2nd donation. #REFER ME IF YOU HAVE NO-ONE ( Shaitamisha Hill)
You dont need one but yea it makes things smooth. Just be ready to donate on that day and for that to be one of your two donating days. Also be prepared for at least being there for a few hours. They have to ask you questions, do a physical, take a small quiz, and then donate. About 2-3 hours after that it should take you 1-2 hours
Yes! It is and they have lots of ways you can get extra money when you donate. Try them and tell them Iyou saw my post 🙂
First time donors get $100 a day for first 10 visits. Put my son as your referral Tremaine Clark...... Thank you
Its not a blood bank. Its a plasma donating center. And unfortunately there not open today, there normally open for a few hours but this year they closed for the day but will resume tomorrow and is giving a bouns for donors who day of the week is Thursday..!!
Tomorrow is Sunday and we are only opened from 8am-2pm
Yes.
If it's your second donation of the week and you are a returning donor not a new donor it's 80 on the second time
They dont really do appointments, I think that was only during the pandemic
Each location is different, and each month could be different. It's usually around $100 per donation for new donor's 1st month.
They hardly ever answer in the morning if they are busy, just keep trying they will answer eventually
Yes that's fine as long as it's been at least six months since you got it done
All Grifols are associated with each other. So they will have your info too....
100 first 8x
First time donor yes. They have changed the way they do appts. Now so I would call first.
Go to www.biomatarlington.com and create a new account.. Chose new donor or return donor.
Protien count and hydration have to be at certain level. Other than that, they can tell you.
Monday through Friday 07:00-20:00hr, Saturday 07:00-17:00hr, and Sunday 08:00-14:00hr
They said I had large veins as well so I think that may have been just an observation, they deal with situations like rolling veins so im sure it should be no problem with you donating, but I agree with the idea of calling and asking first or see if you can find a FAQ on the web site.
Yu can either go online at biomatarlington.com or just google the location n call them
25, 45,30,50,40,60,45,75,50,50 for returning donors
You must first set up an account to set up appointments
If it's your first time give them a call and they will be able to help you.
www.biomatarlington.com then select return donor and follow the instructions
Each month the price is different for new people. They have implemented a appointment system recently so you need to call and ask them about new patient appointments.
Usually you could just walk in, buy they stopped doing that, just call the main number and they will tell you the new rules
25/45 first week 30/50 second week 40/60 third week 45/75 fourth week You can donate twice a week with the chance of a ninth donation for the month and I believe that would also be 75. New donors, for the first five visits are 75,50,50,50,75.
Yes,I dont see why.As long as you have a valid ID and social security card you will have no problem donating...
Yes they can for various reasons. I.e vien is to small or they can't find it. STDs I'm sure there is more reasons.
It changes month to month. Usually around $420-500 a month for 8 donations.
Yes only from 7 till 2 and xmas eve from 8 till 11 am..
2 hrs

First time donor gets 75 dollars
You dont have to pay anything to donate. Im guessing your wondering how much they pay? If so, $75 first donation, the next 3 donations you will get $50 and the 5th donation you'll get $75. After that you'll be considered a regular and their pay out fluctuate sometime but normally its; first donation of the week you get $25 and your 2nd donation you get $50 but they give bonuses you'll have to call to get more info on that, cause they change monthly, though ive never seen it lol.
New donors get $75 their first donation, $50 for the next 3 donations and $75 for their 5th donation. First time donors are required to make an appointment because they will need a physical done. Takes 2-4 hours your first time.
Yes you can. We do have a weight range but 200 lbs falls within this range. If you’re starting as a new donor you will get 5 new donor fees ($75,$50,$50,$50,$75).
In the morning! We have plenty of time to see you early in the day.
New donors need: -Government issued ID -Social Security card -Proof of address (a letter/bill that has your name and has been postmarked within 30 days of your first visit)
You can have food in the lobby but not anywhere else in the building.
140 plus LG and in good health
$75 first donation, $50 for the next 3 donations and the $75 for their 5th donation.
Yes
No.
You can continue giving till you're 69 and with a doctor's okay you can continue into your 70s. Do not wait till you're 65 to transfer over to Biomat they want to have a history on you already before you hit 65. I love Biomat you wait sitting in chairs not standing up, I feel like expedite us quickly through the system, and their people are great and know what they're doing. I just can't say enough nice things about Biomat Grifols
$25 first weekly donation, $50 second weekly donation.
It's not worth going there try imminoteck octopham pays 75$ 5 donation cal $80, 50, 50, 80
