How do I make an appointment

They dont really do appointments, I think that was only during the pandemic

Supposedly you can use the grifols biomat donor hub app to schedule your donation and do your pre donation questionnaire screening to save time. I've yet to try it. It's difficult getting anyone on the phone to ask. But they're just going to tell you the above or that appointments aren't necessary, just come in. Just know day and time matters in how busy they are and how long the wait may be. Give yourself a few hours for the first few times until you figure out how their busy times syncs with schedule and prep needs, and how long it takes your body to complete the donation process. Clear your day for the very first time when you have to go through initial health screening, profile setup and paperwork.
