Samaria represented clients who built a custom home with me. In this situation, so many realtors completely disappear after the contract is signed - and I don't hear from them again until it's time to close and collect a commission. Not Samaria! She was involved through the entire build process and even accompanied her clients to the selections appointment. She went above and beyond when we had some struggles with the buyer's lender so that they were able to close on time. She handled every situation with poise, grace, and a refreshing sense of humor - and was always available to both her clients and me when I needed her input. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home, or wanting to build a custom home. She was an absolute joy to work with and is always looking out for her clients' best interests! They have listings for condos, houses, and simple land. And, of course, they also have listings for multi-family houses. They showed me all and briefed me how these worked when I had them hired maybe three months back. They are the best.
