Positive: Hotel was extremely comforting and cozy. Loved the pergola in the evening. Negative: Went to leave to go to the store and was unable to get out of the parking lot due to a crime scene where someone had apparently been shot.... which blocked the only way to get out of the parking lot.

Rooms were terrible. The first room had a kid next door.. I'm not fussing about the kid bc the parents were really trying to keep him quiet, the issue was how thin the walls were. I could hear the mother shushing and whispering to the son to be more quiet. So we asked to be moved and was told by the front desk that the walls were very thin and they apologized. So we move into this horrible smelling musky room. At this point it was after 10pm. The next morning they charge me $250 for smoking in the room. I had been there less than 12hrs. And another employee for my husband's company a couple rooms down had to spray air freshener all throughout his room bc it smelled like cigarettes. Also we woke up the 2nd day to a puddle of water in the kitchen floor, and I was sick as a dog. I had to have inhaler overnighted to me from SC because I couldn't breathe in that room. I'm not gonna say what I think it was, but the musky smell, standing water and then breathing problems for me and my husband kind of all points to one thing. Luckily we didn't stay there long.

Looks clean but could use an exterminator visit. Seen two baby roaches in our room on the first day here. Staff are really nice and helpful. Breakfast is nicely packaged and good.

We stayed here the night before the Cowboys game and everything was pretty darn awesome. The staff was friendly and offered great recommendations on nearby dining (Torchy’s was amazing) and the room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to and from the game by Heart & Soul Transportation was awesome as well. Very friendly and organized. I highly recommend both the hotel and shuttle service. We will use both anytime we come back for games.
