Positives: -Clean rooms and lobby. - Overall, aside from my bacon comment below, there was typically a good breakfast selection (fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, breads, bagels, muffins, juice, milk, coffee, yogurt, etc.) the hot foods stayed hot, and this was far superior to the last non-Hilton big name chain we stayed in just a week earlier. - Overall the staff was professional, courteous, and helpful, time and again. Customer service lives! :-) Thank you! Areas for improvement: - Fitted sheets were a size too small, and constantly popped off corners of the mattress. - The toaster needs an upgrade. Grass grows faster than it toasts the bread. - The bacon was paper thin, and quite greasy. The sausage patties were much better. - The light over our bathroom sink went out and maintenance was unavailable (it was early morning when we called the front desk) so my husband had to shave with minimal light. He was fine, it’s just more challenging with “more mature” eyes. Resolved Issues: - Our duvet cover was insanely heavy; the weight made us point our toes while lying on our backs. We removed it and asked for a blanket and that was fine. - The HVAC unit was not working in our first room, but the staff moved/upgraded us immediately. That room was nice. - My husband contracted Covid (NOT at this hotel) but based on timing, we believe from a passenger on a previous flight. The hotel had availability, so I just stayed in a separate room for several days while he quarantined/medicated under doctors orders. My separate room again had a bad HVAC unit, but as the maintenance man was out that day, the GM himself came up and changed out the unit for me. It worked well after that. - The people above my separate room had children running, jumping and screaming until very late at night. I called at least two nights in a row as I could hear them even through my ear plugs. A call from the front desk usually quieted them down, but not always. I feel like they should have been asked to relocate after several noise complaints to either a different hotel, or at least a first floor room where the kids running and jumping would not have kept others awake.

This location was hugely helpful to our needs prior to arrival and during check in. Very clean and very organized hotel; we will definitively stay there again. We want to give a special thanks to Jesus Chavez. He was great and thinks outside the corporate box to make sure the guests are well taken care of. Thank you very much, Jesus Chavez!

Had a break in to my car. Was checking out and the discovery meant we were stuck. Had parked by a surveillance video that turns out "does not work". Beware: if you value your vehicle, none of the cameras outside work. The break in meant I have to stay in the area an extra day. No help at all from front desk. They were "full", but did not even try to help me find another place to stay, did not help with the car situation, or suggest places I could reach out to, they basically left me on my own. Oh, but they did give me two extra hours in the room, yet made it clear I had to be out when the time was up. Thanks to a fantastic representative from Hilton Honors, found another hotel nearby that hosted us while we waited for a tow truck, and went out of their way to make sure we were safe and felt welcome. Hampton Inn employees could not be bothered. A lot of the problem could have been controlled if their outside cameras actually worked and they noticed when our car was being vandalized or could have given us video to share with the police. I'm done with Hampton Inn. This one, and any other of the brand, if this is how they treat their guests when there is a struggle.

I think the service here was exceptional! Very kind people. Treated me with the upmost respect. The hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. I would love to thank Kaja for her service. She is a very sweet woman and has great customer service!
