Do you really want me to share my experience. I started with East Texas Cable in 1997 when we were the # 1real estate company in canton. the sale to Zito media was ok at first now it's horrible .I will be switching service because internet never works consistently. Always excuses and the last time today was my phones fault. The phone company said there was nothing wrong with my phone. I have the same experience as most of the reviews on here. fault. Zito ditto.

So much trouble staying online, with excuses and resets instead of making things right. All this and a two-year contract we cannot get out of. It is NOT worth the extra costs.

i have the same issue ..i usually have to reset my password almost every month wrong email wrong phone number ..every month i write my passwords down but with zito media does not work from month to month sorriest provider i have ever came across ...if i could change i would but they are the only provider ...i thought EAST TEXAS CABLE was bad they were a blessing compared to zito
No, we have to call anytime there's a problem and they say a tech will show within 48hrs and no one ever does
