No, we have to call anytime there's a problem and they say a tech will show within 48hrs and no one ever does
good luck with that . this is the poorest provider i have been involved with ..i have had a issue for exactly 2 years and the phone line wait is ridiculous for a service provider at first they said they would send someone out and made appointments i WOULD HAVE TO BE THERE AND I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE OFF WORK well NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP AND I WAS LOOSING TIME AND MONEY AFTER ABOUT 5 MIS QUES AND NOONE SHOWS UP I QUIT .....
