Wish you could do have stars, would do a four and a half star rating. The half star was for their lack of paying out for steel and tin. Otherwise no fuss no muss, brought my stuff in separated out like it need to be and everything went on the scale without a problem. Straightforward on what they take and what they don't and pricing. And no false advertisement on what they pay for stuff. I'm not going to mention names of other places I've been that advertise 'highest prices paid for everything' because I don't want none of that Action for defamation or being lied to by a recycler. And across from Dallas over an Old fort Worth another place that also offered similar higher payouts then most places which was also a lie except for on Romex which was insanely higher per pound then the insulated wire most cases would pay out for it still in the casing. Bottom line is I'm pretty sure a lot of the lower than average or near average reviews of this place are mostly just personal problems. Know what you're doing folks, separate your stuff out and bring it in separated properly there's not going to be any issue of not getting what you think you're supposed to for it. Don't go play dumb like you're not sure what you have, that's for the birds. And if you not sure what you have I'm sure if you let him know they'll check it for you and honestly tell you what you got. I saw two different people have that go on while I was there neither of them were unhappy except for the guy that had to go load all his steel and 10 back up cuz he didn't have anything else.

Told me they buy steel I spent the time to unload it and then told me “oh we don’t buy steel” so I just left it, not worth trying to dig it all out. Even there front sign says we buy all metals

Depends on the price of aluminum......every yard is different
Hi, You can leave them here as long as long as it doesn’t have the plastic or foam insulation.
They will take them if they're stainless. It will depend on the grade of stainless as to whether or not they will pay you for them. They will be able to evaluate the grade of stainless there.
Hi, yes we buy all non ferrous metals such as copper, brass and aluminum. We don’t buy steel or iron but we do recycle it. Thank you
Hi, we accept them and will recycle them but we no longer pay for them. We aren’t currently buying steel, iron or tin. We are only buying non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass and aluminum. Thanks
With the steel inside it goes for aluminum breakage at .10 cents per pound. With zero steel and only clean cast aluminum it goes for .45 cents per pound but can’t have any steel parts inside.
Hi, sorry no we don’t accept VHS tapes. Just scrap metal only.
Hi, we only accept and purchase non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass and aluminum. We don’t accept plastic, or paper. Scrap metal only. Thank you
Hi, yes you can leave it with us be we currently aren’t paying for steel, iron or tin. But we do accept it and will recycle it. Thanks, Community Recycling
Hi, copper prices change everyday. Today’s range is from around $2.35 per pound to $2.65 per pound depending on grade. You’re welcome to call us at 972-423-3824 for the most updated prices everyday. Thanks
Hey Mike, it varies by type of wire based on the percentage or copper to insulation. Low grade wire (power cables) are some of the lowest priced. The price continues to get higher for communication wire Cat 5/Cat 6 along with Romex and Electrical THHN wire. Feel free to give us a call at 972-423-3824 so we can give you a current price and find out what you have exactly as the market is changing everyday. Thanks!
Hey Sarah, yes the prices changes quite frequently. Right now clean yellow brass ranges from $1.35 to $1.40 a pound and refinery plumbing brass is around .60 to .65 cents per pound. Thank you.
Today clean stripped copper wire (bare bright) is 2.55 per pounds. Clean #1 tubing is 2.40. It can change multiple times daily depending on a market so please feel free to call us anytime to get a current price.
You'll have to call them. The prices vary with gas prices.
