The employees here are so rude and so lazy. It is horrible that they can't even answer the phone. They need to fire everyone of them including the manager. Rehire people who already want to do their jobs.

New portal system SUCKS!!!! It freeze up, not user friendly, forces you to pay for upcoming payment that is not due if you are trying to pay past due. Also Duncanville water billing is ludicrous and price gouging!!

No. Trash pickup runs on Tuesdays and Fridays.
You should be getting your bill very soon. They have been a little bit slow getting invoices out, turning water on/off, etc. If you don't receive a bill by mid next week to next Friday, I would call and check. My neighbor received a disconnect notice and they never turned her water off before she got the money to pay. This Covid mess has everyone running in circles.
