WASTE OF TIME! Don't ever go here. I was door dashing and the girl at the drive thru couldn't figure out the online delivery and just gave up instantly. Told me that there was nothing she could do, closed the door on me, and was extremely rude. I'd give zero stars if I could.

First of all, awful customer service. Girl at the window was extremely rude. Being in the service industry, i definitely would never speak to customers like that. Second of all, why have only 1 person working an entire restaurant? Missing 4 tacos, didn’t even get the right sandwich. Extremely frustrating considering we just waited 30 minutes to order, and have to go back to the end of the line to (hopefully) get the correct food this time.

Rotten.. we keep giving jack in the box a try cause it’s what we ate for years but every jack in the box has gone down hill in Fort Worth worst service in some stores but food quality just terrible in all stores. Tonight was the last time food tasted like it’s been sitting for hours and just thrown in the microwave.
