I am INCREDIBLY dissatisfied with my experience at Farmington Valley Dermatology. My provider was over 45 minutes late to my appointment and staff at the facility were rude and disrespectful. Do NOT go here!

I just had a procedure done this week in Farmington Valley Dermatology in Avon I had a procedure done and she said if it got worst to call her it's red very red and doesn't look so good. How can I get a hold of any of them

They should have an on-call dr. You call their main number and select the option for urgent matter. It should be forwarded to an answering service and the on call provider should call you back. If it's an emergency though you can always go to the ER
