I loved the service, Maricela was very professional, very kind, with a lot of patience, she explained to me in detail what the medical insurance offers me and I liked that she showed me several lenses and I clean them very well before using them and after using them, clean everything that tocava wao excellent person speaks English and Spanish.

This is by far the best Walmart to go to in Houston! I forgot to catch the name of the lady that helped me. She’s pretty with reddish hair. She was very much helpful she explained everything very thorough and was helpful! Her recommendations were great she never tried to upsell or try to rush me out. I’ve been to other locations to get glasses i.e. Almeda-Genoa, Pearland and 2 locations in Austin and I’ve never had anyone helped me out the way she has! Great Customer Service I would highly come back/recommend this location to anyone that needs glasses!
