Last time I shop at Fiesta, I lined up at 10:15pm I left Fiesta at 10:50pm 10/18/2022 I don't understand why Latin people don't open their mouths, I don't understand why they don't complain. I've been in line for 30 minutes because a lady is buying the whole store and she finally doesn't have enough so she has to take out one by one. If you are MANAGER you have to use your logic. "Wow, the line is up to the one where the clothes are. Let me ask one of these employees standing here laughing to open a box." But they have to wait until a customer complains. I don't understand how this place stays open, but actually it does. Latino people let others walk all over them! Raise your voice. Use your brain. Food is much cheaper at El Rancho and at HEB, even with coupons. Ya'll need better Management, better training. Stop hiring this young insignificant young employees that don't and can't handle basic common sense strategies. This will be the last time I wait for 30+ minutes in the line. This was the last time after so many years. And then when yall finally open the line after a client complaints about it all the people in the back of the line run towards the new open register and end up leaving 1st than you. If you're gonna open the line, direct the people who have been waiting for 20 to 30 minutes to jump into the new line. YALL HAD THE STAFF AVAILABLE TO OPEN MORE THAN 3 REGISTERS SO WHY WAIT UNTIL SOMEONE CONFRONTS YOU? WHY MAKE PEOPLE ANGRY. Hispanics are afraid to raise their voice for fear of getting in trouble with the police. They are understood. But remember. WHAT PARTY IS OPEN FOR YOU. FIESTA DOES NOT PAY ITS LIGHTS WITHOUT HISPANIC CUSTOMERS. My respects to all Latinos who can stand being in that line. This mistakes don't happen at HEB , Kroger , or Randall's. Yall have to pay yalls employees more money. Everything went up right? Food, clothes, gas. Why not the pay! If this is in October I CANT image the wait in line during Holiday time.
