For the most part, if the chicken is cooked it will still be indented. If they cook it more it starts to dry out. They put it on the roaster and it comes to the season where it's already cooked.
The other is to return it for another piece.
I paid 12 pieces of chicken and they only gave me 9, some friends had the same thing, they have to be more responsible in the service they give, they are far from being a true Campero chicken 👎👎
