One big shout out for outstanding service at Plymouth, MA, Home Depot #2680 on July 27, 2022, rendered by many friendly employees (Customer Service booth, a tools clerk, forklift operator, some strong guys, etc.) when I came to purchase a large, heavy workbench. It took a while, but that's understandable with several employees needed to get it by forklift and move it. They got it into my SUV carefully, no worries.

I’m in there probably a dozen times a week. For me, they are convenient, about a mile from the house. It’s become one stop shopping for most everything except groceries. I can get in & out quickly & their prices are reasonable.

One outstanding home depot! I loved how organized and clean the store was. Everybody wanted to help. I found everything that I needed and their garden Center was very good. I wish that they had some more vegetable plants that I was looking for but they certainly had a lot. I highly recommend this particular home depot. 👍 If you have found my review helpful please give me a thumbs up 👍 and feel free to follow me for future reviews.

Home Depot used to be a legitimate competitor with Lowe's and many of the other home improvement stores. They're changing their policies to make it harder for customers to return purchases and for Veterans to obtain their earned discount. In as far as returns, as is true with most of the other big box stores, if you don't have your receipt they can run your credit card for you to see if you purchased the item that way....but, with Home Depot, if you paid cash and don't have your receipt, their policies have changed, i.e., they will no longer give you a store credit and under no circumstances can you return the item. As for their Veterans discount policies, they will no longer manually put in your Veterans discount simply by showing them your VA card, Military ID, or driver's license. You MUST open an account with Home Depot and register as a Veteran on their website. THEN, the only way to utilize your discount is to have your phone with you during the checkout and to log on to their website so you can scan a code. If the Veteran is having difficulty logging on, or doesn't have their phone with them, staff are informed that they are NOT to enter the Veteran's discount, even as a courtesy. Why shop at Home Depot when Lowe's, Ace Hardware, etc. don't put you through that sort of BS ? .

Home Depot offers Bagster by Waste Management which holds 3 cubic yards or up to 3,300 lb of debris. You buy the bag at Home Depot for $29.95 then you contact Bagster for the pickup for a separate charge, averaging $140.
