They keep it it clean. It's not 55 an older only so there are a lot of families and children. They have a nice pool and it is maintained regularly. It always looks clean. The manager who drives around in his red SUV has a bad attitude. Breath smells like alcohol. Neighbors are friendly and seem to always look out for one another.

Over-all it's the best mobile-home Park I've been to in the area. it's quiet for the most part. The occasional police activity but no more than what you see in the "nice" neighborhoods of Clovis. Neighbors keep to themselves but are friendly. I use to see shady people cutting through to hop the fence to the shopping center but that seems to have decreased significantly. Only complaint is the current manager. He is a drunk, reeks of alcohol when he comes to nag you about something trivial. He needs to be replaced immediately.
