I'm a new patient here. I've called three times. Each time I call , I'm told to call another number. When I call that number, I'm told the office is closed or hours are different or they are at lunch or some other excuse. I'm sorry I left Kaiser.

Wasted all that time and gas because their own website says urgent care closes at 8pm. On the door it says 5pm. Gee thanks. I had to waste $20 in gas to drive all the way down to read it. They have a giant banner 10 feet away frim the sign on the door that says they close at 6pm. Thanks for once again proving you think others' time is invaluable.
