If I could give a lower rating I would after the pathetic service this place has provided for the last 15 months. All the bad reviews you've seen about this facility are unfortunately true! Would have been better off putting my belongings in a cardboard box next to White River.... Thanks for nothing!!!

No stars for this facility. My unit was burglarized. I lost everything because this place is not a secure place. I'm 64 and have to start all over. Clothes everything. Family photos are gone they were priceless. I'm broken hearted. Now I have to fight insurance company for some kind of restitution. All have are memories of some of the people who were in the photos.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

The place is cheap, but it’s ghetto and no one is ever there. The office is NEVER open, there is trash laying everywhere, break ins keep happening and the list goes on. Don’t do it.

I have used this location for many years and I have never encountered bed bugs or any bugs or critters. If you did then maybe you need to call the corporate office and voice your concerns. Actually I just moved my things out into my new home and I've seen no signs of bed bugs and my things were stored there from Aug 2018 till May 2019. So like I said if you have encountered issues then I'd strongly suggest you call corporate.
