Ms. Wendy quickly, patiently, anc calmly handled an issue I had in a professional way! She made my experience at Extra Space Storage pleasant! Thank you again Ms. Wendy!! David was very helpful to me during a stressful work weekend. My rate increased by 44% which I thought was a mistake. He explained to me the rate increase was out of his control. However, he was able to provide me with a temporary discount rate. His generosity allowed me to work the rest of the weekend with less stress by not having to worry about having to pay more or moving my belongings elsewhere.

I can't express my appreciation for this storage company enough. this is the best customer service I received since the pandemic started. On 3/23/22 David the manager called me and explained how things worked with the company and would end once I was ready to move . I was originally speaking with a customer service rep (NOT AT HIS STORE) and the call was disconnected . David called me out of the blue to help me . I later (1 week) spoke with a lady at his store just to confirm some information she was very knowledgeable without having me call him back and helped me right on the phone. I move this weekend and received a text because my vmail box was full and it was David ! he's so thorough , I was able to make my last payment at a pro rate and it was shockingly cheaper than expected . I avoided paying a whole extra month and only paid for a few days on top of avoiding a late fee. Thanks David to you and your team !
