We were traveling when the lights to our instrument panel went out. We visited this location on a recommendation and we're pleased we did. The manager of this store is friendly, helpful and very personable. Stopping to deal with a car issue was not on our agenda due to it being our daughters birthday. He made her day giving her a Disney Princess figure. We are very thankful for the service we received and will use O'Reilly in the future.

Incompetent personnel. Not once but twice I had a special ordered part allegedly sold out from under me. Both times the employee told me my part would be here on one day by 7:30 & I would receive a phone call. Allegedly both times my part arrived a day earlier and went to someone else. I will not return to this location again. This please is a flipping joke! Shop at your own risk.

you can rent tools there with a deposit down on them. Once you return the tools, they give you your money back 100%. the cost to rent each individual tool is what they would charge if you just purchased the tool so basically you're purchasing the tool and then returning it.
Only return for a core charge on a battery purchase. To get money for a bad battery without buying one is take it to a recycler
