you can rent tools there with a deposit down on them. Once you return the tools, they give you your money back 100%. the cost to rent each individual tool is what they would charge if you just purchased the tool so basically you're purchasing the tool and then returning it.
They probably do and i would call to see if you could borrow one for free.
