My representative Corinne was very resourceful and very polite. She knew what she was talking about. I couldn't get my lock on my unit, I went to the office and talked to her about it....and she showed me what to do. Before I could get back to my unit, she was there and showed my daughter how to put the lock on. Public Storage is very nice and friendly. I would recommend Public Storage to my family and friends.

The manager Rochelle is the best. She helped me get a storage unit transferred to an outdoor location and a more convenient location. She was very nice and professional. This lady deserves a raise. You don't see customer service like this nowadays.

'Took me less than 24 hours from beginning of search to securing a unit, thanks to the best storage website ever, and the prompt and thorough assistance of Rachelle, the property manager at the Washington Pointe Dr. location on Indy's east side. She was more than helpful, explained all the details and options for me, and showed me two units she thought might suit my needs, and they both did. Trying to choose between two identical units, she suggested one of them might be more comfortable for me due to my age and sensitivity to weather. I was surprised and delighted she took that into consideration, and followed her advice on which unit to choose. if I hadn't been impressed by the clean, well-kept office and units and the thorough, easily understood explanations on the website (which I was), I was even more so by the professionalism, patience and knowledge of Rachelle -- she's the best!
