Did the drop off laundry service and they said it would be done by 4. 5 rolls around and I hear nothing which, whatever no problem, it happens. I decided to just call and check on how things are going and the guy who answered just said "I don't know" and HUNG UP ON ME. So I go in person to check and my laundry is just sitting there, completely done. Idk why he wouldn't just tell me it was done or what the goal was with being rude but I'm glad I checked. Never going back.

Worst experience. It started out well until the shift change. The machine took money from me but the Asian man didn’t believe me . I brought products and gave them good service (bought dryer sheets and fabric softener) . But that man was so rude . I paid .75 for a 5 mins dry. But he was not compliant .As I was leaving he was saying buy more products basically insulting me because I gave them business. So rude I will never go back!!!!! I want him to get his attitude in check. I work too hard to be paying extra for something I don’t get! It’s the principle of it. They know those machines are ragged and take money! Then while I’m talking to him he gets on the phone and start talking to someone else. But the “buy more” sentence when I was leaving was so rude! P.s. my stuff wasn’t dry after putting in 9 quarters but only used 7 !

Dryer discrepancies... This is a clean reasonably well run laundry given its locale. However the dryers are ridiculously inconsistent. Sometimes 20 minutes will get a HUGE load incredibly static crisp bone dry. Other times, they've hardly dried at all in the same 20 minutes, and can take 40 minutes or more to get the load 'dry enough, I don't want to be here anymore.' This is not only a minor robbery on my wallet, but more importantly, a significant robbery of my time. It's quite disruptive to my efficient planning of my errand day.
