Idk who commented that these are the best in the NORTHEAST, but they couldn't have been talking about the same place. I would give negative stars if it allowed. Windows boarded up for over a year. The phone # on the signage doesn't even belong to the complex, it's a private #. That poor soul that the number belongs to must get 100 wrong calls a week. The tenants are RUDE, and act peculiarly entitled, considering they rent in a dump. If this place burned to the ground I couldn't be happier. BTW if you speak English as a first language this is not the place for you. Unless you have an interpreter. Everyone speaks broken English when they are complaining, until you want to address anything with them, then conveniently they don't know what you are saying. You couldn't pay me to live in thus dump. Which is why I don't.
