The overall quality of service with this dealership was great until my most recent visit. Took my 2019 Ranger in for what was ultimately a large job removing the dash/console. Upon receiving the truck back the front USB ports did not work. This is fine stuff happens. Easy to forget to plug something small in. However, there is damage to several plastic panels inside of the cabin. The dash, the door panels, center console. Several deep gouges in the plastic that was still in new condition. I bought a brand new Ford hoping that it would stay brand new until I broke/ruined something on it, not the servicing dealer. When I brought this matter to the service manager's attention, he simply did not care. I will be taking my service, parts, and sales business to another dealer who I can trust to make things right.

She was so great with communication and exceeded my expectations during our conversations leading up to my purchase, as well as the day of. Ty was also so great to work with and made things so easy. This dealership is amazing. MaraLea and Ty were a joy to work with. We never once felt pressured and they were so patient with us getting our down payment together. When I went in to sign paperwork, I had to bring my two year old daughter with me and MaraLea sat and colored with her and when we finally went to purchase the vehicle one of the staff had given her a toy to go home with.
