Great location. Modern and updated feel. They have a good restaurant on property (limited bar food menu) with a nice patio. They have airport parking while you travel and a shuttle to the airport that starts early. Great friendly service.

We transferred to this hotel from another in the area due to VERY poor service there. The Courtyard was very accommodating not only to me and my family but to others as well. I new from the friendly reception by three (3) staff members at 10:15 p.m., and the modern decor, we were in the right place. Due to flight delays and cancellations, the hotel would end up being sold out... on a Thursday night. Early Friday morning there was an issue with the sink in our suite being clogged. I called the front desk around 6:30 a.m. A staff member answered the phone on the second ring and attended to my concern. I believe her name was Renee. I was offered the option to either wait until the service tech arrived a little later in the morning or move to the only other suite available. We chose to wait. Around 10:00 a.m. or so the service tech arrived and corrected the drain issue. He was diligent in his work and fully cleaned the work area when done. The hotel offered a limited but delicious breakfast menu and complementary coffee each day. Our suite had both a mini fridge AND microwave. The hotel had an indoor pool, functional jacuzzi and small but clean and modern fitness center. The ONLY mild issue we encountered was the time consumed traveling to restaurants, shopping and city center (about 25-35 mins each way). Overall, I am well pleased with our stay.

There are homeless people staying in the hotel across the street, at the holiday-inn, I have no problem with the homeless being sheltered in a hotel. However our vehicle was broken into, when the police arrived they were they told us there have been a lot of break ins in the area with the homeless. They told the hotel they should add security or cameras to the partying lot. When we approached the hotel and called corporate they said that it not there responsibility to keep our cars safe…

We really enjoyed spinning the "Free Points Wheel" at check-in! That made up for the rude awakenings my entire team endured at the will of the housekeeping staff trying to force entry into our rooms despite our pleas to be left alone. The manager said they would handle it when we reported it.
