I was pleasantly surprised at how good my rock lobster tail was. We had a party of 6 and our server Darren was on top of things and did a very good job. It was a good experience and everyone enjoyed their dinner.

I went to this place on June 23rd 2022. It is in a great location. Everything else is horrible. We got there in time before they were closing, the management seemed more huffed about our visit than the staff. We dined in the coleslaw tasted horrible and old. I and another person gave back the slow, the waitress apologetic. Everything else was fairly well except for the mouse that creeped from under my feet and went to another table. Looking at some of the dishes I have to wonder if it is the dish or if it is mouse dropping. After the waitress realized I saw the mouse she was apologetic again and said that they were supposed to be getting an exterminator. With this being a restaurant they should have had an exterminator there before serving food and how long have they been using the very polite excuses and still serving food. Had I seen the mouse at the beginning I would not have ordered any food. I will not be returning. First of all it is the customers who keep a business going secondly I do not want to eat at a place that possibly might have trampled over.

2nd time my biscuits were not in my stapled to go bag. I waited way over an hour for an order that said would be ready in 45 minutes. Call back after getting Discovering my biscuits were not in bag, was out on hold for 15 minutes. Call back finally talked to someone, told them about missing biscuits, was asked if I wanted to come back to pick up. By then no biscuits but food was not warm and only tasted okay They were really off point yesterday.

Waitress was very nice however quality of food has diminished. Steak was shriveled and edges crispy... flounder was practically the size of a goldfish, scallops looked like tiny marshmallows. Best part of the meal was the biscuits, baked potato, salad and tea. I for sure won't be back. Not worth $40 a meal whatsoever.

I would go the reservation route or at least call in advance about the birthday wishes. No reservations were necessary when I was there.
We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.
